1.	Brand Sponsors provide coupon offers on BCN portals (CouponsforCommunities.com, MoreforSchools.com, etc).

2.	Consumers visit BCN's web sites and print out coupons.

3.	Consumers redeem the coupons when they purchase the brand products at their grocery store.

4.	The coupon is then processed at a redemption center and an accounting is provided to BCN.

5.	The Brand Sponsor subsequently pays $0.40 per coupon redeemed.

6.	BCN then remunerates PSC and participating churches, 50% of the redemption amount ( $0.10 cents each per coupon redeemed).
